Lesson 2 - Dreams of Blue

SUMMARY OF THE LESSON

In Lesson 2 we will paint in beautiful blues. Incorporating some of the techniques from our warm up, we will use different sized brushes to create a loose abstract style floral.

  • Creating loose abstract style flowers
  • Creating values and interest while sticking to a limited palette.
  • Creating a drip effect
  • Painting in layers, knowing when to paint wet in wet and when to stop and let things dry.
  • Keeping things light, loose and fun!
